Agile coach
What you’ll do
The Agile coach will guide and coach employees on how to find the best solutions for their specific departmental challenges. Will review the existing structure of our organization and implement improvements to help streamline processes and create efficiencies. He will play a key role in long-term strategy across the business, helping our teams deliver better products faster and more efficiently.
• Work with project teams to analyze current workflow and processes and design a strategy for adopting agile best practices
• Guide teams to stay on track with agile techniques, refining their approach to ensure strategy is met
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement by setting goals, milestones and assigning responsibilities
• Drive cultural change by promoting an agile mindset and ensuring the organization adheres to industry best practices
• Facilitate learning and development among employees through individual and team coaching
• Lead agile workshops for developers and functional teams as well as stakeholders
• Train senior managers in agile practices to ensure adoption of best practices
• Communicate agile principles, scrum practices and the overall agile operating model throughout the organization
• Support the use of metrics and other measures by teams
• Conduct daily follow-ups with individual team members to ensure projects are on track and goals are met
• Maintain objectivity about problems and how to solve them by applying agile principles
• Hold stand-up meetings with cross-functional teams to review project status
• Support teams in determining resource allocations to maintain agile practices and ensure smooth project delivery
• Define technical requirements to develop business capabilities, encouraging reuse through community of expertise forums
Who you are
• Ability to influence a cross-functional team in a dynamic, multinational environment
• Experience in leading Agile Scaling within the organization
• Innovator with strategic perspective and development of creative ways of working
• Ensuring a consistent framework to plan, communicate and monitor how business objectives and results will be achieved over time
• 5+ or more years of hands-on experience in Agile, preferably in multinational initiatives and in the IT sector
• Excellent communication skills and ability to perform value analysis
• Problem solving skills and disciplines to ensure/govern creative thinking
• Highly organized with excellent writing and communication skills
