What you’ll do

 

As a Solution Designer BI, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering technical solutions that support our business strategy and meet the needs of our external clients. You will:

  • Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and ensure their successful implementation.
  • Own the end-to-end delivery of IT services in your area of expertise, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes.
  • Collaborate with development teams and technical stakeholders to validate and approve solution designs.
  • Lead the creation and maintenance of project documentation, including technical requirements, connectivity matrices, and service catalogs.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, propose system improvements, and support infrastructure scaling needs.
  • Coordinate with testing and operational teams to ensure smooth deployment and issue resolution.
  • Act as a technical coordinator in complex projects, ensuring alignment with Vodafone Global standards and compliance policies.

 

Who you are

 

You are a proactive and analytical professional with a passion for technology and innovation. You bring:

  • A university degree in IT or a technical field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in technical roles such as development, support, or testing.
  • Strong SQL skills and familiarity with at least one database management system (e.g., Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server).
  • A solid understanding of software development processes and design best practices.
  • Knowledge of J2EE architecture, API management, and data modeling is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and decision-making skills.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • A results-oriented mindset, with flexibility and the ability to work in ambiguous or conceptual environments.
  • Experience with vendor management and cross-functional project implementation is an advantage.
