The Tech Lead guides a team of software developers, contributing to the development of cutting-edge digital solutions. This role combines technical expertise with leadership and project management to ensure timely delivery of high-quality projects aligned with departmental goals.

What you’ll do:

  • Technical Coordination: Lead and mentor a team of developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to coding standards.
  • Active Development: Participate in the development process, write clean and scalable code, and maintain technical documentation.
  • Project Management: Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and deadlines. Allocate resources efficiently and monitor project progress.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Build strong relationships with stakeholders and participate in cross-functional teams.

Technical/ professional experience

  • Solid experience in software development.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in delivering software projects.
  • Expertise in at least one tier 1 programming language (Java, JS, TS, Python, etc.).
  • Understanding of web services, REST/SOAP, WebSocket, async/sync communication, cache, and reactive programming.
  • Experience with Git/Gitlab, Jenkins, Jira, Confluence.
  • Deep understanding of backend development best practices and microservice architecture
