Business Demand Manager
Your day to day:
Network _VOIS is an internal organisation that acts as an internal service provider to the local markets or group functions (referred as “customer” going forward).
The role includes identification of the business growth opportunities based on the customer needs and Network _VOIS capabilities, creating the commercially viable business case, overseeing transition and BAU (ensuring the service is delivered as per agreed SLAs and KPIs) and financial governance for the provided service.
From this position, you will be accountable for defining, managing and mitigating individual projects, cutting across multiple channels, systems and departments, to time, budget, resources and scope, taking accountabilities for all dependencies and alignment till that point.
You will perform project management activities for all technology areas (Mobile & Fixed Access, Voice & Data Core, Services, Transmission & Transport, OSS, NW virtual infrastructure), ensuring appropriate prioritisation, planning and reporting.
With these activities you will have a great impact on our business:
•You will manage transformation programs, cross-functional and projects concerning the cross-centres information systems by analysing the existing tools functionality, design new features and coordinate their implementation.
•The projects include the following enhancement phases of the tools: analyse, design and acceptance starting from the existing tools, analysing the enhancements needed, propose a new tool design based on new flows an oversee and coordinate their deployment.
•You will analyse the service from a technical point of view, own and manage the preparation and sign off of the business case
•You will oversee and act as escalation point during service transition period and BAU
•You will understand of the local market/group function network strategy, business pressures/challenges
•You will understand internal customers’ strategy/evolution and initiating internal Network _VOIS change as required. Preparation and management of the Change Requests through internal governance process
•You will support the governance between Network _VOIS, supporting functions and the internal customer (monthly meetings, monthly SLA and financial reporting), including the generation and management of the customer data
•You will support the monthly governance meetings with the customer focussed on the discussion of the strategic questions, service performance highlights/low lights, pipeline, new opportunities, strategic initiatives, finances

•You have good knowledge of the overall network architecture (all domains)
•You have good knowledge of mobile and fixed markets and networks and experience in the telecommunications sector.
•You have a good understanding of the SW lifecycle: design, testing and acceptance, deployment coordination and performance optimization
•You have excellent problem solving, analytical and communication skills.
•You have excellent project/programme management skills
•You have strategic thinking and financial governance
•Network strategic relationship management
•University degree in computer science, telecommunications or equivalent
•Good awareness of wider technology aspects in telecommunications and ICT
•Inter-functional relationships between information systems
