Your day to day:

The Security Expert supports the establishment of a holistic technical security organization at Vodafone Germany. Within the agile Solstice program, he provides his technical and security management expertise so that targeted IT security measures with a focus on cloud requirements can be implemented. As a member of the shared service "NCIS Team" according to the SAFe framework, he is responsible for e.g.

As part of these activities, he ensures that appropriate measures are taken to check compliance with an adequate level of security in the VF processes, products and services. He ensures that identified risks and weak points are identified and dealt with.

With these activities you will have a great impact on our business:

Participation in the NCIS team with a focus on "Security Non Functional Requirements".
Contact person for processing IT security issues and implementing appropriate IT security measures.
Analysis and evaluation of cloud-based security issues.
Specification and coordination of IT security requirements for new cloud security tools and services to be implemented with the relevant departments.
Support in optimizing cloud-based security tools and services.
Evaluation of audit and vulnerability findings including risk assessment

With these skills you are a great candidate:

• Comprehensive understanding of cloud IT security components.
• Experience of cellular, landline and cable technologies, preferably in the Vodafone environment (global & local).
• Experience in Risk Management & Consulting is an advantage.
• Experience and knowledge in the field of IT information security in large companies.
• Experience with IT security standards or best practices.
• Good written and spoken English knowledge.
