DC Network Delivery Manager
Your day to day:
As a DC Network Delivery Manager you will be responsible for the planning and the execution of programs related to infrastructure evolution, life cycle management, optimisation and automation in Datacentre Network Platforms and related components including customers network, database and compute.
With these activities you will have a great impact on our business:
- Planning, coordination, and deployment of all releases into production
- Identifying, managing, and mitigating cross-program risks and issues in order to facilitate on-time delivery of capabilities and features aligned to the business outcome vision
- Working closely with the domain or business outcome Product Manager and supporting Product Owners to coordinate delivery of capabilities
- Defining release readiness requirements against business outcome needs and validating readiness before release into production
- Update and maintain all production technologies ensuring proper maintenance and installation
- Be a single point of contact to customers on solution cost and tracking
- Coordinate HW deployment including change management and implementation windows
With these skills you are a great candidate:
- HW deployment coordination, including change management and implementation windows
- Clear understanding of demand management processes, strategies and methods
- DC Network Architecture and components basic understanding
- Well-developed technical knowledge across a broad range of IT topics and Cloud Awareness
- Ability to predict challenges and obstacles
- Analytical thinking and problem solving
- Experience in infrastructure program management
- Production-readiness criteria definition and assessment of modules and supporting systems
- Continuous integration and continuous delivery methodologies and tools
- Vendor performance, contract, and relationship management
- Expertise with project planning tools e.g. Microsoft Project and Project Server, JIRA
