Your day to day:

 

DC Network Delivery Specialist is responsible with delivering the connectivity projects, efficient implementation of necessary solutions and network systems. Is responsilble to deliver cost effective IT infrastructure Service Delivery and Operations Support within overall IT strategy and to Group standards, in a manner that is supportable, operable and expandable in line with local business growth. Ensuring quality and consistency of Operational Management and overseeing Operational deliveries against quality criteria and delivery process, while contributing with efficiency and automation initiatives.
 

With these activities you will have a great impact on our business:

 

  • Provide Project Delivery Support for complex Infra ops deliveries with contacts with Local market.
  • Responsible with customer communication with regards to Delivery tasks: requirements gathering, solution design, costs, implementation activities, delivery time estimation, troubleshooting activities.
  • Responsible with identification and efficient risk management together with the technical teams in order to facilitate the on-time delivery of requests, systems and identified solutions.
  • Interacts with local and global technical teams for assuring the proper implementation of solutions and systems in a timely manner.
  • Manages the escalations for the requests and interacts with the responsible teams in order to solve the incidents.

 

With these skills you are a great candidate:

 

  • Knowledge of IT and Data Centre process standards including knowledge of ITIL Foundation
  • IT Delivery Management background with 2 years of experience.
  • Knowledge in risk identification area.
  • Agile basic knowledge e.g. Scrum, Kanban
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
