Your contribution:
- Process Optimization: Map existing "as-is" field operations workflows and design optimized "to-be" processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyse key field service metrics (e.g., First-Time Fix Rate, Mean Time to Repair) to identify trends, pinpoint issues, and provide actionable insights to management
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor performance
- System & Technology Liaison: Serve as the primary liaison between the Infra Operations department and the IT department
- Translate business needs into clear user stories, functional specifications, and technical requirements for system enhancements
- Documentation & Training: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process flows, business requirements documents (BRDs), and user guides
- Assist in developing and delivering training materials for end-users on new processes and system functionalities
What makes you stand out:
- University degree/Economical degree (or similar)
- At least 3 years of professional experience, of which at least 2 years in Telecommunications, or energy sector.
- Very good knowledge of spoken and written English and German (B2 level recommended)
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end field operations lifecycle
- Strong analytical thinking, risk management and can-do approach
- Experience with Manipulation of large datasets of data
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
