What you’ll do


As a Solution Architect, you will be part of the BSS Delivery department, responsible for analyzing, budgeting, documenting, designing, building technical solutions, developing, and implementing Billing solutions for Vodafone Romania Technologies' clients. 

  • You will integrate top technical solutions from other providers innovatively, covering all areas of Information Technology (hardware, software, services, platforms, operational models.)
  • Contribute to building and updating the annual IT strategy based on clients' requests.
  • Identify risks in using current IT applications and propose proactive improvements.
  • Coordinate implementation teams and validate detailed technical solutions to ensure compatibility with the designed and proposed IT solution.
  • Participate in solution clarification activities and decision-making in testing and post-implementation phases.

Who you are

  • You have advanced understanding of the telecommunications industry, IT systems architecture processes and standards, and knowledge of multiple functional architectural domains.
  • You possess advanced knowledge of databases and IT systems, understanding the lifecycle of an IT product (hardware, software, databases, applications, licenses) and its development.
  • You are proficient in Waterfall and Agile methodologies and project management.
  • You have financial knowledge related to the costs of implementing and maintaining an IT system, experience in supplier management, integrated IT systems.
  • You have experience with Cloud systems and are capable of implementing and managing Cloud-based solutions.
  • You have solid knowledge in billing and can develop and integrate efficient billing solutions.
