Your day to day:

Manage the critical process that requires senior level visibility and involvement, generate the Problem Management report and track, record, analyze and report Major Incidents and PM figures.

With these activities you will have a great impact on our business:

  • Coordinate P0-P3 incidents: 24x7 event notification to senior level and key senior stakeholders and escalation during the recovery process.
  • Generate Post Incident & Problem Management reports and cascade all the relevant information to the senior level
  • Analyse and Report IM/PM data & actuals versus targets and identify risk&oppurtunities across overall VNO domains and manage the VNO Real-time Digital Platforms/Dashboards for major incidents and problem management for the stakeholders
  • Problem management (action points)  follow up to eliminate the repeat, reduce incidents, improve network performance and stability.
  • Review/update IM/PM procedures and policies and drive IM/PM related innovatios/projects

With these skills you are a great candidate:

  • German language (spoken and written)
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of the MIM processes.
  • Analytical, critical, and synthetic thinking.
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Risk management and urgent decision making under time pressure

Must have technical / professional qualifications:

  • University degree: faculty of Electronics , Telecommunications and Information Technology 
  • > 2 years of experience working in Telcom
