What you’ll do
- Monitor and troubleshoot hardware and software systems using designated tools to ensure continuous service availability.
- Provide 24/7 technical support, collecting relevant data from customers and monitoring systems to resolve incidents.
- Collaborate with technical teams to validate and adapt software solutions for improved performance and customer satisfaction.
- Communicate service-impacting events and alarms to customers using agreed channels.
- Analyse customer feedback and system performance data to propose and implement software changes.
- Resolve complex technical incidents, including software bugs, to enhance customer experience.
- Operate in alignment with service-level agreements and meet key performance indicators such as response time and error rate.
Who you are
- Basic understanding of Telecom technologies including Core Telecom Network (2G/3G/4G) and IP networks.
- Familiarity with network architecture: Circuit Switch and Packet Switch.
- Knowledge of GTP and IP protocols.
- Experience with monitoring and ticketing tools.
- Basic proficiency in Linux/UNIX and command-line interfaces.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
