Your day to day:

•    Provide support and collaborate with software developers to enhance and improve IoT services in Vodafone's portfolio for enterprise customers. 
•    Ensure the transition of the solutions offered from the development environment to the operational environment through a validation, testing and implementation process.
•    Operate and ensure a high availability of services, regularly develop automation scripts and constantly seek to optimize existing working methods. 
•    Implement changes and maintenance, work on the software solutions used by the client, write implementation documents and changes to the current configuration / code and implement according to existing procedures.

•    Complex automation scripts and solutions
•    Internal trainings and procedures / work instructions for new colleagues
•    Functional CI/CD pipelines for automatic production deployments
•    Code changes, constantly revising the logic of the functionalities
•    Regular performance and health status reports for the solution’s components
•    Regular reports with open issues, status and resolution actions

With these skills you are a great candidate:

  •  A minimum of 3-year technical experience working with: cloud-based infrastructure on AWS and deployment methods using CI/CD (Jenkins), version control (Git)
  • Good understanding of AWS Cloud Serverless Services like Lambda, Step Functions, Glue, S3, SNS, Redshift, EMR. Dynamo DB is a plus.
