Your day to day:

We’re currently looking for a L2 Service Desk Spain to ensure timely and effective resolution of end-user IT related issues.
With these activities you will have a great impact on our business:
- Resolves issues and coordinates issues’ resolution with other groups
- Collects data for internal reporting.
- Ensures service level agreements’ fulfilment
- Improves the 1st call resolution rate by sharing knowledge to the L1 agents
- Provides continuous improvement ideas
- Provide telephony backup in order to ensure that SLA targets are met based on business requirements & workload (peaks);
- Schedule – availability to work in extended shifts, the schedule can be changed based on the business requirements

- Citrix
- MS Office
- Spanish C1 or above
- Tobi chatbot
- Active Directory (TPS 2)
- User access Management
- ITIL
