M365 Operations Specialist
Your day to day:
The role owns customer cases for assistance for MS365 service / outcome impacting events.
It is a generalist across the product platform and can facilitate the customer to self-serve journeys as well as actively resolve up to 80% of interactions at first contact.
Support is expected to be via different channels such as web chat, phone channel and portal.
With these activities you will have a great impact on our business:
- Responsible for escalations that require deeper specialism relating to customer configuration or integrations.
- Supports the ongoing operation with problem management, content creation and knowledge transfer as well as identifying automation and deflection opportunities.
- Responsible for escalations that involve complex customer configurations or vendor platform faults.
- Design workarounds and / or solutions to ensure service continuity for customers as well as identify service extent such that roadmap candidates can be identified.
- This role is customer facing and where face to face (virtually) is required or screen access.
With these skills you are a great candidate:
- Strong IT industry knowledge in a global company
- 3-5 years Experience Troubleshoot various Microsoft 365 issues including connectivity and mobility
- Office 365 migrations (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Azure AD)
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals is a must
- ITIL certification is a plus
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Exchange Online Support Engineer Specialty is a plus
- English Speaking B2/C1
