About this Role

As a Network Acceptance Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that Vodafone Networks' products and services meet business requirements and quality standards. You will be responsible for delivering efficient testing services, identifying software or hardware defects during network acceptance phases, and contributing to the design and development of test plans for network features, equipment, and systems.

What you will do

  • Coordinate and manage activities during the acceptance testing phase.
  • Participate in requirements and design reviews to ensure testability and identify design defects.
  • Create and execute test cases and regression tests to detect deviations between specifications and implementations.
  • Implement test automation where applicable.
  • Develop and manage test schedules to meet deadlines.
  • Propose and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the Testing Lead to identify and mitigate risks affecting quality, using our QA framework.

What skills you need

  • Experience in telecom networks: operations, delivery, integration, or testing.
  • Proven track record in managing testing projects in complex environments with multiple stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of telecom technologies: 2G, 4G, 5G, Core functions and fixed network technologies (e.g., DOCSIS, GPON, BNG, CPEs).
  • Familiarity with telecom service platforms: TV platforms, AAA, PKI, PCF, virtualization and container-based platforms.
  • Understanding of project management methodologies.
  • Proficiency in test management tools such as qTest, Jira, ALM, or similar.
  • Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Analytical mindset, well-organised, and structured.
  • Positive, proactive attitude with commitment to teamwork and cooperation.
