About this Role

We are seeking an OSS Partner Coordinator to manage and optimise partner-related activities within the OSS Engineering subdepartment. Based in Bucharest, this role involves overseeing commercial and delivery tracking, approving Statements of Work (SoWs), and providing internal reporting. The individual will act as the first escalation point for Vodafone and serve as a stand-in for the Factory Manager, ensuring seamless operations and issue resolution across the OSS Factory.

What you will do

  • Steer and track all Factory reports, providing an aggregated view to the Factory Manager for both demand and delivery activities.
  • Review and validate commercial and high-level technical aspects of partner offers (SoWs) before submission.
  • Host or participate in regular Factory calls.
  • Execute ad-hoc tasks such as issue investigations and deep dives when required.
  • Serve as the first escalation point for all Factory-related business matters.
  • Act as the stand-in for the Factory Manager during their absence.
  • Approve commercial offers and provide solutions for escalated issues.

Who you are

  • Experienced in Partner Management, particularly within OSS tasks.
  • Possess deep knowledge of IT and Network technologies in the telecommunications sector.
  • Familiar with Vodafone Group environments and projects.
  • Skilled in IT development and operations.
  • Excellent communicator in both English and Romanian.
  • Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Mathematics, or Physics.
  • Have a minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience.
  • Ideally hold a Master’s Degree and certifications such as ITIL, ETOM, PRINCE2, PMI, or TOGAF.
