About this Role

We are seeking an Operations Readiness Analyst to coordinate IT projects from planning through to service activation, ensuring operational teams are fully prepared to support new or modified services. Based in Bucharest, this role is part of the Operational Readiness team and reports to the Team Lead for Customer & Service Integration. The successful candidate will act as a central point of contact for service transition, managing project progress, documentation, and operational readiness across local and global teams.

What you will do

  • Plan and coordinate service transition and activation processes for operational teams.
  • Organise and lead service preparation and acceptance meetings.
  • Ensure technical and operational requirements are clarified, documented, and approved.
  • Monitor and control operational costs related to service activation.
  • Serve as the single point of contact for assigned projects and consultancy requests.
  • Track project progress and budget, and report status updates.
  • Deliver documentation required for service activation, including application architecture and incident management procedures.
  • Create and oversee support systems for activated services.
  • Manage service quality and associated costs.

Who you are

  • Proficient in English (minimum B2–C1 level).
  • Holds a Bachelor’s degree.
  • Skilled in communication, persuasion, and decision-making.
  • Capable of prioritising multiple incoming requests.
  • Comfortable working across diverse organisational structures.
  • Able to build and maintain professional relationships in dynamic environments.
  • Demonstrates understanding of IT system architecture (hardware and software).
  • Possesses strong problem-solving and presentation skills.
  • Experienced in achieving results within multinational teams and with both internal and external stakeholders.
