About this Role
We are seeking a Platform Specialist, Associate to join our Digital Platforms Architecture team in Bucharest, Romania. This role is ideal for individuals with a foundational background in IT and a passion for platform optimisation. You will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and enhancing digital platforms to support operational efficiency and improve user experience. The role involves collaboration across departments, integration of third-party tools, and ensuring data accuracy and system reliability.
What you will do
- Configure and manage platform settings, user permissions, workflows, data structures, and integrations.
- Implement and maintain configuration standards to ensure consistency and operational efficiency.
- Monitor platform performance, diagnose issues, and apply best practices for optimisation.
- Conduct periodic audits to ensure data accuracy and system reliability.
- Integrate third-party tools to enhance platform functionality and user experience.
- Customise platform features to align with evolving business processes.
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to develop and execute testing scenarios.
- Document configurations, customisations, and updates for audit and reference purposes.
- Provide training and guidance to users and support teams on new functionalities and best practices.
- Work closely with IT, operations, and customer support teams to implement business requirements.
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards and company regulations.
Who you are
- Hold a Technical University degree.
- Possess 1–2 years of experience in Information Technology, ideally with exposure to integrated systems.
- Have basic experience in integration and working knowledge of APIs, scripting, or database management.
- Demonstrate strong project management and communication skills.
- Capable of abstract, conceptual, and forward-thinking problem-solving.
- Able to influence decision-making processes and coordinate effectively across teams.
- Committed to workplace safety and compliance with health and safety regulations.
