About this Role

We are seeking a Project Delivery Lead to oversee the full lifecycle of complex, multi-country technology projects. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful delivery of new and enhanced products across international teams within Group Technology and Vodafone Operating Companies. The individual will be responsible for managing scope, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations, while driving continuous improvement and transformation in delivery practices.

What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end project management activities including scope definition, detailed planning, financial oversight, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Build and manage international matrix teams, ensuring collaboration across diverse geographies and functions.
  • Ensure compliance with project governance standards and demonstrate best practices in delivery.
  • Provide accurate progress reporting, proactively manage risks and issues, and escalate effectively when needed.
  • Coordinate with multiple external partners and internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Champion quality and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the delivery model.

Who you are

  • Proven experience in delivering complex IT projects on time, within budget, and to specification.
  • Skilled in managing multiple projects across the full lifecycle of IT product development.
  • Strong background in international matrix environments and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Working knowledge of data centre and cloud infrastructure, as well as application architecture.
  • Holds relevant certifications such as Prince2, PMP, Agile or SAFe.
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent experience in an IT environment.
