Your day to day:

This role is responsible for developing Software Defined Networking (SDN) training materials and delivering training sessions and workshops for Enterprise and internal users. The ideal candidate will collect the technical training requirements and create the training collaterals by working with suppliers and with the product team to understand topologies, new release features, and User Interface changes. The training needs will primarily focus on the Cisco Viptela, Cisco Meraki and VMware orchestrators, as well as any other existing or future solutions.

With these activities, you will have a great impact on our business:

  • Creates the training collaterals and delivers training sessions and workshops for Enterprise and internal customers, based on the specific needs;
  • Works with the relevant technical stakeholders to ensure that the training’s materials meet the requirements agreed with the participants from a technical perspective;
  • Owns the E2E delivery accountability for the training schedule;

With these skills, you are a great candidate:

  • Extensive knowledge of independently creating and delivering technical training sessions and workshops;
  • Broad understanding of the networking architecture is considered a plus;
  • Experience of SDN technologies (virtualisation is considered a plus);
  • Proactive individual, successfully leading and working within a virtual team with the ability to influence and build effective relationships with peers across the business.
  • 2 years in delivering technical trainings and/or workshops;
  • CCNP certification or equivalent is considered a plus.
