About this Role

The Assurance domain is part of Digital Network & OSS, focused on engineering and delivering Fault Management Systems that empower 1st and 2nd level operations to manage networks efficiently. This role is responsible for delivering Fault Management solutions that enhance network monitoring from the Network Operating Centre (NOC), increase automation capabilities, and enable zero-touch operations. The individual will define and deliver technical solutions across OSS platforms, analyse business requirements from internal NOC customers, and manage vendor relationships. They will also define the platform roadmap and contribute to strategic planning.

Who are you

You are a highly skilled professional with a strong background in OSS systems, particularly IBM Netcool. You bring at least five years of experience in telecommunications or IT, and hold an engineering degree in telecommunications, computer science, or a related field. You are collaborative, analytical, and customer-focused, with a systematic approach to problem-solving. You thrive in multinational, cross-country teams and communicate effectively across all levels.

What you will do

  • Engineer Netcool Fault Management systems and complex solutions across European markets in alignment with business needs and strategic direction.
  • Define product specifications and manage the product roadmap.
  • Lead proof-of-concept designs and assess their impact on business requirements.
  • Analyse internal customer needs and manage vendor interactions.
  • Contribute to the development of the domain strategy and delivery roadmap.
  • Manage project deliveries with budgets up to €5 million.
  • Collaborate closely with Design Authorities to ensure compliance with design guidelines.
