What you'll do:

As a Senior Solution Architect, you will be part of the Service Assurance Management Department. Your role will involve transforming the business needs of external clients into technical solutions that automate and streamline various business processes, creating products or services that provide strategic advantages and financial efficiency. You will analyze IT requirements and trends, design forward-thinking and reusable IT solutions, contribute to IT strategies, identify risks, and propose proactive improvements. Additionally, you will coordinate analysts and system engineers, review and validate detailed technical requirements, and ensure compliance with internal regulations, policies, and procedures.

Who you are

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in TELECOM and industry-specific projects
  • Strong knowledge of databases and IT systems
  • Good understanding of the lifecycle of IT products (hardware, software, databases, applications, licenses) and their development
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project implementation
  • Experience with integrated IT systems
  • Solid knowledge of Waterfall and Agile methodologies
  • Experience in similar roles to software system engineer
  • Decision-making and influencing skills
  • Financial knowledge
  • Experience in supplier management
  • Abstract, conceptual, innovative thinking, and forward-thinking
  • Good communication skills
  • Negotiation and coordination skills
