Your day to day:

 

As a Service Manager with German, you’ll be accountable for one or more IT service clusters in the environment of complex and highly critical IT landscapes and for the negotiation of the services with the business unit. 

Also, you’ll be accountable for managing service level agreements with internal and external service providers, reviewing both tactical and longer-term metrics, and handling overall vendor performance.
 

With these activities, you will have a great impact on our business:

 

  • SLA negotiations with customers and annual SLA reviews 
  • Support the partner management, governance, and security teams at the customer interface 
  • Management of task forces / special topics based on customer or management escalations 
  • Service improvements 
  • Training of departments on processes and current IT topics 
  • Support the strategic projects of the customer 
  • Ensure audit conformity - QA for ISO 9001 audits, etc. 
  • Strategic further development of processes and tools in Service Management
     

With these skills, you are a great candidate:

 

  • C1 German level
  • Experience in Service Delivery Management 
  • Experience creating and/or working on customer improvement projects
  • Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills 
  • Tactical planning and implementation experience 
  • Knowledge of IT architectures as well as IT service management processes (ITIL, eTOM, etc.) and company processes (PPM, internal ordering and communication processes, etc.)
  • Knowledge in dealing with complex technical issues and preparation of information in a way that is appropriate for the target audience
