What you’ll do
- Manage and coordinate complex IT and Telecom projects for Vodafone operator clients, ensuring seamless transfer and administration of software and hardware solutions.
- Lead regional programs involving the development, testing, implementation, and adaptation of client-specific applications, aligning with Vodafone Technology Group’s global strategy.
- Organize and guide cross-functional project teams, collaborating with technology, HR, finance, legal, and commercial departments.
- Oversee the analysis of technical and business requirements, resource allocation, project planning, and delivery—ensuring objectives are met on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards.
- Drive organizational transformation programs, implement new operational models, and ensure alignment of client processes and software applications with Vodafone’s standards.
- Monitor project performance, manage risks, and provide regular status reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, data protection regulations, and health & safety standards.
- Participate in professional development and mandatory internal training programs.
Who you are
- Experienced in managing IT and Telecom projects, with a strong background in delivering organizational transformation and strategic software programs.
- Skilled in leading cross-functional teams and fostering collaboration across multiple departments.
- Excellent communicator, adept at stakeholder management, influencing, and delivering results through others.
- Commercially savvy, able to generate value from IT programs and create synergy between organizational functions.
- Proficient in project management tools (MS Office, MS Visio, MS Project) and knowledgeable in software for fixed and mobile telecommunications.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); knowledge of additional European languages is a plus.
- Holds a university degree in Telecommunications or a related field.
- Demonstrates expertise in security, business continuity planning, and customer satisfaction processes.
