About this Role

We are seeking a Service Support Integration Analyst to join our Operational Readiness team in Bucharest. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong understanding of IT systems and project coordination, who are passionate about delivering seamless integration of applications and support services. The successful candidate will manage small to medium integration projects, ensuring minimal disruption to operations while maintaining cost efficiency and service quality.

What you will do

  • Act as the single point of contact and IT Project Manager for small and medium integration projects.
  • Coordinate project activities, monitor budgets, and provide regular reporting.
  • Provide consultancy for software application development and oversee implementation planning and task allocation.
  • Ensure delivery of IT services aligned with hardware/software architecture and operational requirements.
  • Initiate and manage software application integration, including service level consultancy and requirement centralisation.
  • Plan and coordinate the transition of IT support services to operational teams, ensuring cost control and stakeholder alignment.
  • Execute activation of IT support services across systems by managing internal and external resources.
  • Deliver key documentation including IT application architecture, incident management protocols, and GO Live communications.
  • Monitor service quality and cost-effectiveness by managing support systems and collaborating with relevant teams.

Who you are

  • Skilled in communication, persuasion, and decision-making.
  • Capable of prioritising requests and working across diverse organisational structures.
  • Comfortable interacting with stakeholders at various levels in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in English (minimum B2-C1 level).
  • Able to identify and resolve technical issues effectively.
  • Understands IT system architecture (hardware and software).
  • Strong written and verbal presentation skills.
  • Results-oriented, with experience in multinational environments and cross-functional collaboration.
