Your day to day:

  • Ensure and monitor compliance with architectural and development guidelines for critical IT systems.
  • Analyze business requests, translating them into technical solutions that drive efficiency.
  • Manage and support change management processes, ensuring smooth transitions.
  • Work with AS/400, SQL, and RPG, leveraging technical knowledge to support system stability.
  • Provide technical guidance to project managers and stakeholders, ensuring alignment between IT and business needs.
  • Handle incident management and crisis resolution, finding quick and effective solutions to keep operations running.

With these activities you will have a great impact on our business:

  • Act as a bridge between business and IT, ensuring requirements are understood and implemented effectively.
  • Maintain compliance with IT standards, ensuring systems align with architectural guidelines.
  • Support escalation management and 3rd-level troubleshooting, preventing small issues from turning into major disruptions.
  • Work closely with development teams and IT partners to coordinate solutions and ensure seamless integrations.

With these skills you are a great candidate:

Must-Have:

  • Strong experience in the Telecom industry.
  • Strong knowledge of change management and the ability to handle process transitions effectively.
  • Analytical skills to evaluate business requests and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Knowledge of AS/400, SQL, and RPG—you won’t need to code, but you should understand how it all works.
  • Experience in crisis management, with a proven ability to handle incidents and provide quick solutions.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Project management skills to support releases and coordinate between teams.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and present solutions effectively.
