Service Support Integration Analyst with AS400
Your day to day:
- Ensure and monitor compliance with architectural and development guidelines for critical IT systems.
- Analyze business requests, translating them into technical solutions that drive efficiency.
- Manage and support change management processes, ensuring smooth transitions.
- Work with AS/400, SQL, and RPG, leveraging technical knowledge to support system stability.
- Provide technical guidance to project managers and stakeholders, ensuring alignment between IT and business needs.
- Handle incident management and crisis resolution, finding quick and effective solutions to keep operations running.

- Experience in crisis management, with a proven ability to handle incidents and provide quick solutions.
