Your day to day:

  • Ensure and monitor compliance with architectural and development guidelines for critical IT systems.
  • Analyze business requests, translating them into actionable technical solutions.
  • Manage and support change management processes, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruptions.
  • Work with Linux, Unix, and SQL, leveraging technical knowledge to support system stability.
  • Provide technical guidance to project managers and stakeholders, ensuring IT and business alignment.
  • Support incident resolution and 3rd-level problem management, keeping operations running efficiently.

  • Act as the link between business and IT, ensuring technical solutions meet operational needs.
  • Maintain compliance with IT standards and architectural guidelines.
  • Drive escalation management and troubleshooting, preventing minor issues from turning into major disruptions.
  • Work closely with development teams and IT partners to coordinate solutions and system improvements.

With these skills you are a great candidate:

Must-Have:

  • Strong experience in the Telecom industry.
  • Solid knowledge of change management and handling process transitions.
  • Analytical skills to evaluate business requests and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Knowledge of Linux, Unix, and SQL—you don’t need to code daily, but understanding how things work is essential.
  • A technical mindset with programming knowledge, even if coding isn’t a core part of your role.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Project management skills to support releases and coordinate between teams.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and present solutions clearly.
