About this Role
We are seeking an experienced Analytics Operations Lead to oversee and coordinate operational services delivered by AIDA across cloud and on-premise environments. This role is pivotal in ensuring high-quality service management across Local Markets and Group Functions, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and automation. The individual will lead geographically distributed teams and drive the evolution of service operations towards a zero-touch strategy.
What you will do
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure fulfilment of operational commitments and KPIs.
- Lead monthly service reviews and communicate performance insights.
- Coordinate daily end-to-end platform, application, and data operations, managing escalations with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure service level agreements are met and drive operational growth through automation and zero-touch strategies.
- Oversee services including:
- On-premise data movement and transformation (CDAP-based) across 14 markets.
- GCP-based data transformation and anonymisation services across 7 markets.
- AIDA Generative AI infrastructure and application framework on Google/Azure.
- Operational support for cloud-hosted and on-premise data visualisation tools.
- Implement proactive monitoring and alerting processes.
- Analyse and report operational statistics and trends.
- Continuously seek feedback to enhance customer value.
- Streamline service management processes (INC/PBI/SRT/CHG).
- Collaborate with delivery leads to ensure smooth onboarding of new services.
- Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and audit requirements.
Who you are
- Minimum 3 years’ experience with cloud platforms (GCP/Azure), data movement, and transformation architecture.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale international programmes, preferably in Data, DWH, Big Data, or Cloud.
- Skilled in IT operations management and familiar with tools such as JIRA, Remedy, Jenkins.
- Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing operations experience.
- Proficient in designing and optimising service management processes.
- Comfortable working with geographically distributed teams.
- ITIL Certification and solution design expertise.
- Excellent English communication, moderation, and presentation skills.
- Agile mindset with high self-motivation and empathy.
- Experience in coordinating international teams and working within Agile/SAFe frameworks.
