About this Role

We are seeking a System Analyst to join our Digital Platforms Architecture team in Bucharest. This role is ideal for individuals with a keen interest in technical design and IT systems development. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and documenting technical solutions that align with long-term business objectives, while supporting the full lifecycle of IT systems within their area of responsibility.

What you will do

  • Translate business requirements into clear and actionable technical specifications.
  • Participate in all phases of technical projects, ensuring alignment with architectural plans and business needs.
  • Analyse the impact of solution implementation within the designated technical area.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for IT systems.
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer and support across the lifecycle of IT systems.
  • Investigate and resolve technical issues, offering effective solutions.
  • Contribute to the development strategy for IT systems in scope.
  • Evaluate and review detailed solutions, and recommend or configure systems as needed.

Who you are

  • Possess logical and analytical thinking skills.
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and effective communication abilities.
  • Have a results-oriented approach and adaptability to conceptual topics.
  • Capable of making informed decisions and influencing outcomes.
  • Skilled in negotiation and coordination.
  • Understand business processes and have exposure to technical development.
  • Ideally have 0–1 years of experience in technical roles such as development, support, or testing.
