As a Team Lead for our Cloud Infrastructure team, you will have a wonderful opportunity to work with cutting edge technologies and be involved in all parts of the project, from solution design to deployment and maintenance, thus taking ownership of your products.

 

With these activities you will have a great impact on our business:

 

  • Be responsible for delivering, maintaining, and optimizing the Cloud Infrastructure (CI) Platforms to support and enable the operations of cloud modules and solutions.
  • Monitor and support the operational availability, and performance of the cloud infrastructure against SLAs.
  • Participate in every aspect of projects development, working with various technical and non-technical teams to fully understand business requirements.
  • Guide and support your team to ensure the right technology and design decisions are made and help grow their knowledge.
  • Define, create and follow up on individual & team’s objectives, aligned with the business strategy and the products’ roadmaps.

 

With these skills you are a great candidate:

 

  • Good knowledge of public (AWS, GCP, Azure) and private (VMware) cloud providers (certifications are considered a plus).
  • Extensive experience in Infrastructure & Network automation workflows (vRealize Automation & vRealize Orchestrator).
  • Continuous integration and continuous delivery methodologies and tools.
  • Previous experience in leading teams (technical or people management) is a plus.
  • Flexibility to deal with changing projects and priorities in a short space of time.
  • Strong relationship building, influencing, and collaboration skills that drives effective constructive feedback and support.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
