Your day to day

 

You will be accountable for ensuring, controlling and improving the remediation of all infrastructure, application and middleware vulnerabilities related to Group Data Centre organization as well for improving IT Services processes for patch management and building a new structured service to ensure a proactive and preventive patching of the whole installed baseline. 

You will also monitor the vulnerability remediation, managing patching activities and provide reporting to the Top Management. Close interaction and alignment with Local Market application teams and CTSOs is necessary to successfully act on the role.

With these activities you will have a great impact on our business:

You will identify ongoing vulnerabilities (Qualys, Tripwire, Nessus, ..)

You will manage the remediation activities according to appropriate planning You will promote governance activities between Local Markets and Operation Teams

Will ensure effective remediation reporting management

You will monitor the decom activity progress and ensure all actions are compliant with the current process requirements

You will ensure that critical and high ongoing vulnerabilities will be remediated by technical SPOCs

Will review and improve IT Services processes in order to ensure an efficient O.S. patching of the whole installed baseline

You will design a preventive O.S. patching strategies for new services support patch automation strategy as well security related to Cloud and Converged Infrastructure

Will perform planning and governance activities between Local Markets and Operation Teams

You will ensure that O.S. patching activities will be performed by technical teams in order to guarantee the maximum security level of VF infrastructure

You will develop and maintain processes and procedures to implement and improve the vulnerabilities management

With these skills you are a great candidate

You have a well-developed technical knowledge across a broad range of IT topics with strong focus on security

You have a very strong quality focused mind-set and practical experience (e.g. ITIL Quality Lifecycle model)

You have a broaden understanding of ITIL service management

You have capability to design and create KPIs /statistical reports (skills as BI data analyst) 

You have IT governance experience

You are fluent English (minimum level required: B2)
