We work with customers across 28 countries from 10 VOIS locations: Albania, Egypt, Hungary, India, Romania, Spain, Turkey, UK, Germany, Ireland, and with a network of teams in Czech Republic, Italy, Greece, and Portugal.
About this Role
We are seeking a skilled IT Systems Engineer to provide second-line technical services for live IT systems used by telecommunications operators. This role involves developing, implementing, testing, and optimising software and hardware solutions to ensure high performance and reliability across telecom applications and IT systems. The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing system functionality and resolving technical issues to meet project quality and response time expectations.
What you’ll do
- Develop and adapt customised software solutions for telecom and IT systems
- Implement new software functionalities and solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware deficiencies
- Evaluate and optimise performance of telecom and IT systems
- Ensure harmonisation of software and hardware across operator networks
Who you are
- Proficient in written and spoken English
- Knowledgeable in GSM, UMTS, LTE, and NR technologies
- Skilled in Python programming
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office products
- Preferably hold a university degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, or Information Technology
