MS 365 Technical Consultant - Czech Speaking

Role purpose:
 
In this opportunity, we are looking for talent fluent in Greek and English with the urge to work in the IT field. After a set of trainings, the daily job would be about the following:
 
Ensures that processes related to customer onboarding into MS365 are correctly managed. Maintains team activity status from onboarding and enablement services into MS 365. Maintains and tracks pipeline, WIP and in-life across MS 365 and provides information to the Solutions and Offerings team to support capacity management. Works with product management to ensure onboarding to their products are consistent across the MS 365 portfolio and fit for purpose. Applies continual improvement methodologies to ensure the start-up phase of the customer lifecycle is fit for purpose, making recommendations for digital improvements and service/automation efficiencies.

 

What you’ll do:
 

  • Act as a technical owner for all customer activities execution including new customers and products onboarding as well as migration activities ( i.e Setting MS onboarding environment , Setting Up & managing user accounts , ..)
  • Ensure the effective transfer to Service Operations of new customers and services.
  • Acts as customer SPOC, where s/he is customer facing and involves where face to face (virtually) or screen access is required to provide MS365 technical consultancy.
  • Own service transition processes and ensure these are communicated and followed throughout the IT function.
  • Ensure all Service Design and end to end support models are reviewed and implemented for any changed or new service, including new system batches and MS releases deployments
  • Is able to spot and identify processes subject for automation ( i.e scripting ), and acts as owner for automation activities including implementation and testing
  • Oversee IT asset transfers.

 

What you’ll bring to the team:

 

  • Fluent language skills in Czech and English.
  • Urge to work in the IT field.
  • Can do attitude.
  • Bachelor’s degree in the IT field is a plus.
  • Any type of experience in a similar role is a plus.
