IT Demand & Delivery Lead

Your role in a nutshell:

 

This role is part of the VOIS IT team. The IT Demand & Delivery Lead acts as an experienced IT Delivery Manager, managing end to end complex projects through the entire lifecycle from requirements definition until rollout to the VOIS centres. The role is responsible for on-time, on-budget and on-quality implementation of innovation projects with a focus on process automation, robotics and artificial intelligence.


The IT Demand & Delivery supports all business units within VOIS  in defining the technical requirements and deriving a high level impact assessment. Specifically, within the IT implementation model, this role is responsible for application delivery, test, data, infrastructure, integration with local systems, deployment and transition through Hypercare and finally handover to the production environment.

 

What you'll do: 

 

  • Managing a portfolio of end-to-end projects through their entire lifecycle, from requirements definition to rollout. This includes ensuring on-time, on-budget, and on-quality implementation of projects
  • Establishing a transparent link between business planning, technical implementations, and operating IT production services. This includes managing application delivery, testing, data, infrastructure, integration with local systems, deployment, and transition through Hypercare to IT Support and Operation
  • Focusing on process automation, robotics, and artificial intelligence. This includes defining technical requirements, deriving high-level impact assessments, and ensuring the right technology is selected for implementation
  • Managing changes and customer service requests, ensuring they are fulfilled correctly and in a timely manner.
  • Managing project scope/requirement changes, multiple and competing demands, and priorities, determining and conveying impact on budget, time, and risk using appropriate metrics

 

What you will bring to our team: 

 

  • Min. 5 years of experience in managing end-to-end complex projects through their entirelife cycle
  • Strong technical background on latest technologies, involving Automation and AI.
  • Good knowledge of infrastructure and Network and Cloud platforms, Application (DevOps)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to communicate at all levels (from development team up to CIO / CFO) and to organise/drive meetings  ensuring a clear reporting
  • Proficiency in project planning, milestone management, scope management, resource forecasting, and financial management
  • Ability to evaluate critical issues, prioritise tasks based on business impact, and implement necessary adjustments to keep the project on track
