Your contribution:

Identify opportunities for Automation, putting appropriate monitoring and alerting capabilities in place for proactive systems management

Drive reduction in incidents, problems, trouble tickets, and service requests

Manage and support critical IT systems (CRM, ERP, Web Portals, Billing, ESBs, APIs, Order Management)

Provide day-to-day Level 2 support, including incident and service request management, problem resolution, and configuration changes

Perform system health checks and housekeeping activities, triage tickets, and identify bug fixes

Contribute to capacity planning, hardware assessment, and technical roadmap

Lead and understand end-to-end business processes and key integration points

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
What makes you stand out:
- Minimum 7 years of technical experience in IT/Telecom operations support with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Proven experience in Production Support/Application Support environments within IT Telco Operations, with knowledge of ITIL Service Management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hungarian
- Strong technical background in IT networks, system administration, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP)
- Hands-on experience with Unix/Windows, SQL, and relational databases
- Experience in troubleshooting various application logs (URS, SIP, GVP, GMS, stats server, etc.)
- Familiarity with scripting (Unix shell) and basic SQL queries.
