Senior Technical Product Manager
Your role in a nutshell:
The Senior Technical Product Manager is responsible for executing critical projects and programs within scope, budget (up to EUR 10 million), and time constraints. This role involves managing interdisciplinary teams of 25+ members, bridging local commercial product management and various functional areas. Key responsibilities include budget management, steering project phases (waterfall, agile, or hybrid), ensuring compliance with requirements, and driving product lifecycle management. The role demands active stakeholder communication, strategic consultation, and oversight of governance processes to deliver optimized, customer-centric solutions while aligning with organizational capabilities, processes, and strategies
What you’ll do:
- Manage the interface between the local commercial Product Management teams and leads interdisciplinary and international project teams from all functional areas.
- Manage the requirements and solution definition phase and makes sure that all relevant functional and non-functional requirements are considered.
- Responsible for the implementation of time- and/or business-critical projects and programs while adhering to scope, quality, budget, and time.
- Interact and communicate via internal and external interfaces in the project context and establishes new communication interfaces locally and globally.
What you’ll bring to the team:
- Broad know-how in the telecommunications sector as well as in products and tariffs for the B2B sector.
- Proven experience with demand and project management methodologies and tools (waterfall, hybrid, and agile).
- Fluent German and English language skills.
- It's a plus to have: Detailed product and market knowledge in VPN’s, SD-WAN solutions, internet access and business voice applications.
