Your contribution:

Manage and govern the user access lifecycle (provisioning, modification, revocation) for business applications and platforms

Act as the primary contact for supplier and customer SPOCs regarding user access and reviews

Maintain access governance processes and ensure compliance with internal security and audit standards

Coordinate and perform periodic access reviews and audits

Leverage automation tools and scripting to streamline user access tasks

Support internal users with day-to-day office IT issues (e.g., video conferencing, laptop problems)

Liaise with internal IT support teams to resolve escalated issues.
What makes you stand out:

Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles, practices, and tools (Active Directory, Azure AD, Okta, SailPoint)

Experience with user access provisioning tools and ticketing systems

Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management practices

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Experience with scripting or automation (e.g., PowerShell, Python, RPA tools)

Fluent in English and Hungarian; German is a plus.
