CRM Software Chapter Lead
Role Purpose:
As a CRM Software Chapter Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful
implementation and management of our CRM systems. You will oversee technical aspects of CRM projects,
ensuring alignment with business objectives and providing strategic guidance to the team.
Job Responsibilities:
▪ Provide technical leadership and direction for CRM projects, ensuring alignment with business goals
and technical standards.
▪ Oversee the design, development, and implementation of CRM solutions, including customizations,
integrations, and data migration.
▪ Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering their professional development and knowledge of
CRM.
▪ Manage and maintain CRM platforms, ensuring optimal performance, security, and compliance.
▪ Stay up to date with the latest CRM technologies and trends, recommending upgrades as needed.
▪ Oversee data quality and integrity within the CRM system, ensuring accurate and reliable data.
▪ Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures to maintain data consistency and
security.
▪ Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
▪ Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
▪ Ensure adherence to project budgets and timelines.
▪ Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment, encouraging knowledge sharing and
innovation.
▪ Manage vendor relationships to ensure optimal performance and compliance.
Skills Required:
▪ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field (5+ Years of
Experience).
▪ Strong proficiency in CRM platform (Oracle Siebel) and related technologies.
▪ In-depth knowledge of CRM architecture, data models, and integration methods.
▪ Experienced in Java, specializing in OOP and optimization.
▪ Expertise in database management, including SQL for data retrieval, manipulation, and analysis.
▪ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
▪ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
▪ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
▪ Leadership skills and ability to mentor and guide team members.
▪ Experience with agile development methodologies
