About this Role
We are seeking a highly skilled technical expert in Aruba technologies to support Vodafone Ireland Enterprise customers. This role focuses on security, SD-WAN, and IP solutions, including low-level design, configuration, and troubleshooting. The individual will lead technical assessments, deployments, and escalations, ensuring seamless implementation and automation of Aruba solutions.
What you will do
Configure and deploy Aruba products such as ClearPass, Aruba CX, SD-WAN, Airwave, IMC, LAN, ALE, and NetEdit for Vodafone Ireland Enterprise customers.
Lead technical assessments and planning for security, SD-WAN, and LAN solutions aligned with product strategy and architecture.
Act as the primary technical representative for Aruba solutions to stakeholders, including customers and technology teams.
Handle technical escalations related to Aruba solutions for enterprise customers.
Automate manual tasks related to configuration and testing of enterprise products.
Develop and maintain technical learning paths for Aruba tracks and identify knowledge gaps to create training plans.
Lead network change requests and participate in technical migrations, collaborating with virtual technology teams and stakeholders during implementation phases.
Who you are
Minimum 5 years’ experience in configuring and troubleshooting complex Aruba solutions, including ClearPass (mandatory), Aruba CX, SD-WAN, Airwave, IMC, LAN, ALE, and NetEdit.
Proven experience in design and planning of Aruba solutions.
Expert knowledge of security, SD-WAN, and IP solutions within the Aruba product family.
Strong understanding of network automation (preferably Python).
Familiarity with project management and Agile fundamentals.
Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer or Telecommunications Engineering; Master’s degree preferred.
ACCP and ACCX certifications are mandatory; ACDP and ACSP are a plus (knowledge required).
