What you’ll do

We are seeking an experienced IT Delivery & Automation Specialist to lead innovation projects focused on process automation and artificial intelligence. This role involves managing a portfolio of end-to-end projects, from requirements definition to rollout, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery. You will act as a central governance point for transformation projects, driving technical requirements, integration, and deployment across VOIS locations.
Lead multi-functional global project teams to implement automation and innovation initiatives.
Manage Scrum teams using SAFe methodology.Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
Define early-stage requirements and support business case creation for automation projects.
Own and manage the automation implementation project portfolio.
Develop delivery strategies for innovation and automation across VOIS business lines.

Who you are

Proven experience in managing complex IT projects in international environments.
Strong expertise in system integration across applications, data, testing, infrastructure, and operations.
Certified in Agile/SAFe methodologies with hands-on experience.Skilled in implementing process automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, low-code/no-code platforms).
Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging stakeholders from technical teams to senior executives.
Minimum 7 years’ experience in delivering large-scale projects/programmes.
