Role Purpose:

To support the E2E Service, Infrastructure, application solutions design and implementation within the software engineering. Governance over the quality of deliverables of the technical implementations, and configurations for the Service Management solutions done by the engineering team, also to lead and support all improvement plans for accelerating the delivery of secure, reliable modern applications in all markets supported by the software engineering team.

Key Accountabilities and Decision Ownership:

•    Responsible of delivery of High- and Low-level designs and documents for the proposed monitoring solution for different business services.
•    Act as subject matter expert for support teams, project team, demand team and integrators to ensure that monitoring requirements are understood, documented, and delivered to a high standard.
•    Leading the Devops engineers to develop and deliver Devops solutions to the local markets or group functions within a global program.
•    Professional, respectful, and customer-focused, operating with integrity in all aspects of their duties.
•    Drives improvements for CICD and Infra activities of E2E applications scope.
•    Act as technical reference to the Devops Engineers 
•    Prioritizing and managing several open cases at one time based on agreed Service Levels.
•    Team hiring and training.
•    Onboarding new technologies Update the technical documentation and the team knowledge base.
•    Consulting with Vendor as appropriate

Core Competencies, Knowledge and Experience:

•    Awareness of the concepts and application of Service Management, Customer Experience Management, and Devops tools as GitHub, Jenkins, AWS, GCP, and MS Azure.
•    Design, configuration, and optimization of E2E service management and its related software like CICD pipelines.
•    Ability to build and optimize business services, business processes and IT services modelling.
•    Ability to work in Agile teams devops and SRE models are highly preferred skills and knowledge.
•    Excellent organization and prioritization skills with demonstrable experience of the production of plans to describe stage, phase, dependency, and milestones.

Must Have Technical / Professional Qualifications:

•    B.S Computer of Telecommunications Engineering or B.S Computer Science Required.
•    8-10 Overall Years of Experience
•    3 Years + Experienced in solutions design, and Business services modelling, and data quality control
•    Technical knowledge of AWS, GCP and MS Azure, Linux, and CICD pipeline development and implementation.
•    Technical knowledge of database management systems such as Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server, or similar.
•    Technical knowledge of SNMP, HTTP, SOAP, IPv4, IPv6 and similar network management related protocols.
•    Solid communication Skills, Oral and Written.
•    Ability to grasp new technology quickly.
•    Demonstrated experience developing, deploying, and implementing a commercial enterprise performance and capacity monitoring system.
•    Demonstrated experience developing system integration and automation capability to improve operational response time and accuracy in diagnosing and resolving issues.
•    Strong knowledge in Micro services architecture, Postgres, Dynamo DB, Cassandra
•    Knowledge in Python, Ruby, Go is preferable. 
•    Redshift is a Plus
•    Technical knowledge in IT infrastructure technologies (DNS, Proxy) and connectivity techniques
•    Software or Web development skills are plus. 
•    Remedy background is a plus. 
•    Update the technical documentation and the team knowledge base.
