Role Purpose

Responsible for Gated Communities & Triple Play technical Project Management.

Key Accountabilities & Decision Ownership

•    Managing stakeholders to lead them reaching targeted progress by overcoming arise obstacles.
•    Controlling time management, reports & documentation.
•    Decision making & conducting regular meetings to ensure smooth performance
•    Evaluate & analyze project performance to ensure achieving targets through optimized processes.
•    Plan & develop scope for each project.

Core Competencies, Knowledge, and Experience

•    Excellent communication, conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
•    Excellent skills in MS Projects, Office & Power BI.
•    Strong time management & conflict management skills.
•    Well organized & self-motivated.
•    Ability to work and contribute effectively within team using interpersonal skills.

 

Must have technical / professional qualifications: 


Education


•    Bachelor of Electrical Communications & Networks
•    Project Management Fundamentals is a must
•    Preferable Certificates (Any): PMP, ACP, or Scrum Master CSM


Experience


•    3 to 5 years of experience in Telecom field.        
•    Minimum 2 years of experience in Project Management.
