Role Purpose
We are looking for German-speaking professionals to join our technical teams at VOIS in roles such as Project Management, Test Engineering, and Technical Support Engineering. These roles are integral to delivering high-quality solutions and services across Vodafone’s global operations. The successful candidates will collaborate with international teams, manage complex projects, ensure product quality, and provide technical support to internal and external stakeholders.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership
You are a collaborative and detail-oriented individual with a strong technical foundation and fluency in German. You are passionate about delivering results through teamwork, continuous learning, and effective communication. You are adaptable, solution-focused, and committed to excellence in every aspect of your work.
- Project Management: Lead and coordinate technical projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and stakeholder alignment.
- Test Engineering: Design and execute test plans, identify defects, and ensure the quality and performance of software and systems.
- Technical Support Engineering: Provide first and second-line technical support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure service continuity for German-speaking stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across geographies to deliver seamless technical solutions.
- Maintain clear documentation and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with Vodafone’s quality, security, and operational standards.
Core competencies, knowledge, and experience
- Fluent in German (Written and Spoken)- C1 Level
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in project management tools, or testing frameworks, or support platforms depending on the role.
- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on service excellence.
Must have technical / professional qualifications
- Relevant experience in project management, or testing, or technical support roles.
- Certifications such as PMP, ISTQB, or ITIL are advantageous.
- Experience in multinational or shared services environments is a plus.
