What you’ll do

Role purpose: Responsible for all release management activities across the IT department ensuring processes and automations are in place to ensure operations stability and no conflict between different releases.

Accountable for all the agile release planning, assessment and prioritization across the IT domain. 
Defining the IT strategic direction for release management tools for IT to ensure the process requirements of release management are built in.
Communicate with Agile teams/scrum masters on a daily basis to define and plan releases. 
Technical assessment to releases across IT to ensure no conflicting deployments that would impact operational stability
Post production accountability for releases through monitoring tools and defined KPIs.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership 
 
•    Operational stability with zero impact for all planned releases.
•    All deployments are abiding with release management processes
•    Monitoring KPIs for production releases are in place and effective in detecting any instability after releasing.    

Core competencies, knowledge and experience 
•    Superior Technical skills in different IT domains.
•    Expertise in IT domains with hands on experience. 
•    Strong communication skills.
•    Ability to embrace and foster change.
•    Passion for the customer.
•    Detail-oriented, analytical, pro-active approach to problem identification and solving.
•    Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and generate innovative solutions in an extremely fast-paced environment.

Superior organizational and time management skills.
    Must have technical / professional qualifications: 
•    Bachelor  degree in Computer Science or Communication
•    3+ Years’ Experience in Telecommunications Market
•    Manage and Coach diversified team in a changing environment
