Role Purpose:

Provide an extensive level of support for Office IT Infrastructure Active Directory \ Entra AD service ownership. With respect to the complex nature of the Azure AD environment in scope the AD/Provisioning Service Owner is supposed to be executing the operational assessment of projects that will be implemented, Plan for the service improvement with defined timelines, provide permanent resolution for ongoing problems, composing necessary scripts and automation workflows to decrease the amount of human intervention as well as composing capacity reports and draw the road map for a proactive future capacity increase plans.

  • Technical Operation: 

    Due to the complexity of infrastructure architecture and workload, the Service Owner, Operation Service Owner & Senior Specialist are responsible on:

    • Provides operational assessment of projects, to support AD service owner in providing into project Solution Design approval decision (G2) by the Office IT Project Review Board (OIT PRB).
    • Provides Operational Impact Assessment, including risk assessment, to support AD service owner in providing input into project Go Live decision (G5) by the Office IT Project Review Board (OIT PRB).
    • Plan of service improvements with defined timelines
    • Reports service related changes and assessed change requests

Core competencies, knowledge & experience:

  • Providing operational assessment to future projects with all pros/cons.
  • Ensure finishing at least 90% of service improvement topics planned for the FY.
  • Creating and Assessing 100% of Active Directory \ Entra AD related changes before CAB meeting.
  • Closing 90% of problem cases with required (root-cause/preventive actions) within agreed KPIs.
  • Delivering all required reports & scorecards within agreed timelines.
  • End-to-End service availability and performance according to SLA

Must have technical / professional qualifications:

Education:
BSC in Engineering or Computer Science 

Work Experience: 
•    From +2 year s of Entra AD hands-on-experience. “AAD Cloud admin model”
•    Worked with Conditional access policies, MFA, WHFB & TAP.
•    Strong experience in Active Directory and Entra Connect.
•    Participated in design and migration activities for Azure Active Directory\Entra AD.
•    Good experience in Azure AD integrations and M365 license.
•    User Provisioning experience is mandator y
 

PC Knowledge:
Professional Level

Technical skills:
    Rock-solid hands-on- experience in Entra AD is a must. 
    MCSE certificate and Azure Administration is a must. 
    Experience in Windows Server 2016 or 2022. 
    Experience in troubleshooting and strong PowerShell scripting is mandatory.
    Reporting and analysis skills are preferred. 
    Project management knowledge is a plus.
    ITIL Foundation certificate is a plus.
