About this Role
What you’ll do
- Lead and develop infrastructure technical operations engineers and service owners.
- Manage day-to-day technical operations of the team.
- Handle customer escalations effectively to enhance satisfaction and productivity.
- Drive and follow up on service improvement plans through operational service owners.
- Monitor and manage backend server health.
- Ensure services meet availability and performance targets.
Who you are
- Possess in-depth knowledge of cloud services and related technologies (VMware, ESXi, Vcenter, Vsphere, Server Hardware, Storage, RAID systems, Azure & O365).
- Strong technical understanding of infrastructure services (Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Windows Servers, print & file sharing).
- Skilled in configuration management and automated deployment.
- Familiar with IT security requirements and policies.
- Certifications in ITIL and/or Azure are advantageous.
- Experience with Linux is a plus.
- Demonstrate strategic thinking, people management, and organisational leadership skills.
