About this Role
We are seeking a Transport Performance Engineer to ensure optimal performance of the TRANSPORT network, taking capacity requirements into account to deliver exceptional voice and data services. The role involves technical decision-making, performance auditing, and implementation of new features, contributing directly to the evolution and reliability of the radio network.
What you’ll do
- Develop and maintain guidelines for TRANSPORT network performance aligned with current technologies.
- Conduct audits and implement resilience plans to ensure network stability.
- Oversee the rollout and activation of new TRANSPORT features.
- Interface directly with radio teams to support operational deployment.
- Monitor and analyse radio access nodes to enhance customer experience.
Who you are
- Holds a BSc in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Communication and Electronic Engineering.
- Up to 1 year of experience in TRANSPORT Network Performance.
- Proficient in MS Office and internet tools; familiarity with radio planning tools is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of 2G, 3G, and 4G-LTE technologies.
- Demonstrates excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Possesses analytical thinking and judgement to develop technical solutions aligned with network evolution strategies.
