What you’ll do

OneAI Factory lead major responsibilities are to facilitate the OneAI Factory deliverables and processes and assist the teams in delivering value. Factory Lead communicate with stakeholders, escalate impediments, help manage risk, and drive relentless improvement.

The Factory lead must drive, coordinate, and monitor the overall Project scope, plan and budget. The role will not only manage all the facets of Agile methodology in software development, but also serves the local market business, EPIC Lead, Product Owner and ensures effective collaboration between the various stakeholders. In addition, the role is expected to guide and coach the team on using Agile practices and principles to deliver high quality products and services to the local markets.

Acts as an experienced programme manager responsible for the end to end implementation of GEN AI solutions from requirement definition, solution design, delivery, test coordination, data coordination, infrastructure and integration with other applications and systems.

The role is expected to manage the activities of various streams (Platform, Application, AI Booster, Security, Support functions etc) that include up to 10 internal resources, and potentially up to 20 considering all the support functions resources

Who you are

Must have technical / professional qualifications:

  • 7+ years’ experience in delivering big and challenges projects / programmes in international environment.
  • Should be SAFe Certified
  • Strong technical proficiency in AI system integration, with a focus on cloud platforms, machine learning frameworks, and DevOps practices
  • Required Expertise and experience in system integration covering all key aspects of IT (Application, Data, Test, Infrastructure, Deployment, Operations).
