About this Role

We are seeking an Operations Support Engineer to join our Office IT Collaboration team within the Technology function. This role is responsible for managing daily operations, executing deployments, supporting service optimisation, and contributing to project activities across global collaboration platforms. The individual will ensure service availability, incident resolution, and compliance with ITIL-based processes, while coordinating technical setups and troubleshooting across complex corporate environments.

What you’ll do

  • Perform day-to-day operational tasks for Collaboration Domain Services.
  • Ensure compliance with KPIs and SLAs for collaboration services.
  • Deliver assigned project tasks successfully and on time.
  • Drive continual service improvement initiatives.
  • Support incident and change management processes in line with ITIL standards.

Who you are

  • Holds a BSc in Engineering or Computer Science.
  • Has 2–4 years of IT experience, preferably in large production environments.
  • Certified in MCITP (SharePoint Server 2010, Enterprise Administrator for Windows Server 2008), ITIL V3 Foundation (mandatory).
  • Preferred certifications include MCSE: Server Infrastructure, CCNA, and Microsoft System Center suite.
  • Skilled in IIS configuration, troubleshooting, and general application operations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a dedication to teamwork and ownership.
  • Experienced in supporting systems and users across diverse cultural backgrounds.
