Role Purpose
• Own Radio Budget Planning and Actualization process.
• Radio Vendors Management.
• Support in setting Radio Technical Strategy.
• Manage PO issuance and follow up on Delivery
Key Accountabilities & Decision Ownership
Technical Management
- Deliver Capex/ Opex DB/LRP while ensuring financial targets, efficient use of resources, and managing priorities when required by financial challenges
- Variance analysis to validate business assumptions and provide hands-on advice to senior management.
- Carry out any special studies, analysis and business cases for investment decisions.
- Business processes analysis, enhancement, automation and digital transformation.
- Manage vendors and make deals to achieve business requirements.
- Provide saving initiatives across radio domain.
- Drive quarterly\monthly budget reviews and focus on efficiency opportunities and delivery.
- Represent Radio in all budget/financial activities across Technology and Vodafone Group
- Manage and Identify risks and provide tactical advice to management and stakeholders to achieve short and long-term strategy
- Ability to negotiate on difficult and sensitive issues
- Ability to prioritize own work effectively and be able to direct activities of others where required.
- Ability to provide, receive, and process highly complex and sensitive information
Reporting
- Regular reporting on projects cost variances, payments against budgets, commitments, and forecast
Communication/ Interfaces
- Interface with different departments within the Company
- Attend relevant meetings with senior management and Vodafone Group

Technical / Professional Expertise
- Work Experience: A minimum of 7 years working experience, preferably in Radio.
- Education: Engineering or Accounting or Economics Degree from a reputable university
- PC Knowledge: Experience of MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, MS Access).
- Technical skills: Good knowledge of mobile industry preferably in radio. Excellent financial acumen.
- Personal skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, good command of English language,
- Ability to work independently and under pressure. A strong yet diplomatic personality, analytical and creative thinking. Well organized, co-operative and able to meet changing work conditions and peak workloads.
